With its affordable prices, you get access to a range of amenities that make your stay enjoyable. the hotel's location is fantastic, practically next to the ski lift and in the centre of Harrachov. This makes it convenient for skiing enthusiasts. Secondly, the staff are attentive and provide excellent service. They are always willing to assist and make your stay comfortable. Additionally, the hotel rooms are equipped with good hot showers, ensuring you have a pleasant bathing experience. Lastly, the breakfast provided is satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. All of these aspects contribute to a positive and enjoyable stay.
There is room for improvement, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is in a great location, practically next to the ski lift and in the center of town. the room was clean and warm, with a good hot shower. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a decent variety of options.
The food options for dinner were limited and not of high quality.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location practically next to the ski lift. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the bedrooms being made up daily and the swimming pool area being kept clean. The hotel facilities, especially the wellness club with the private jacuzzi, were perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel staff were genuinely nice and friendly throughout my stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
